This production line includes host machine(Rubber Cracker/Rubber Shredder) and auxiliary equipments,i.e. (each equipment and thier individual main uses as bellow:)

 1.Tire Bead Seat Cutter/Tire Bead Peeler:

Mainly used to cut the steel ring/bead seat of the waste tire off, easy operation.

2.Tire Bead Seat Extruder:

Mainly used to separate the bead ring and the rubber of the bead cut;

3.Tire-to-band Cutter:

Mainly used to cut the waste rubber tire into long strips

4.Band-to work Pieces Cutter:

Mainly used to make the average blocks from the long rubber strips cut down

5.Big Belt Conveyor:

Mainly used to transmit the rubber blocks to the Tire crusher.

7.Electrical shaking screen (one big ,one small):

Main effect: 1'to sieve the crushed rubber powder to the small belt conveyor,then go into the Magnetic Meperator;2'to transmit the un crushedrubber powder to the Tire Shredder one more time for the another time crushing by the vibration sieve,as this in turn.

8.Small Conveyor:

Mainly used to teansmit the mixed rubber powder sieved by the Vibration Sieve to the Magnetic Separator

9.Two Layers Magnetic Separator:

Mainly used to separate the steel wire from the rubber powder

10.Small  shaking screen

Main effect:1'to transmit the rubber powder from the Magnetic Separator to the Small Magnetic Separator;2'to transmit the glue stock which do not become the rubber powder to the Tire Shredder for crushing another time.

11.Small Magnetic Separator:

Mainly do one more time magnetic separation of the rubber powder,then the powder will be send out by the exit

12.Rubber Grinder

(suitable for the mesh is above 30.If you want to make the rubber powder above 30 meshes size,the quantity of this equipment depands on the capacity of the output you want)
