After summary the deficiencies such as energy consumption, low production of the domestic production line of XPE, aiming at the defects of traditional craft, our company design and develop complete production line of new high-yield XPE foamed sheet independently, it has following advantages:

1, the fan is variable frequency speed regulation, in maximum wind, it can completely blown floating 10mm thick and 20 times XPE products in the air from foaming point to the foaming furnace export.

2, this foaming furnace can stable blow 3mm thick 30 times XPE foamed sheet under cold condition in the center line, it is no drift and no shaking.    

3, this foaming furnace widest can produce 2M 30 times foam products.

4, this foaming furnace's two hot air inlets do not like many Korean and domestic counterfeit furnace which have two heat clusters, especially foaming section (because high temperature of foam easy to cause the pinhole phenomenon to the surface of products). The evenly wind entry structure developed by our company is formed two long hot air belt in its internal, such structure design makes products heating time long, heated evenly, surface quality is good and yield is high.

5, our company installed observation hole on the foam segment's wallboard (can observe the foaming point directly). At the same time, we setup the paddle structure in the foaming furnace, and adjust the oven size according to the condition of products, so as to achieve the effect of saving energy.

6, output: our company currently has two standard of foaming furnaces, the yield is as follows:

H - 150-17  long 17M products maximum width 1.8 M yield 150kg/h

H - 180-22  long 20M products maximum width 2M yield more than 200kg/h
