1. Use Siemens PLC and the function module, the vulcanization process is automatically full-controlled ,unmanned , save labor.

2. The Curing parameters and the working state of key components can display at the same time.

3. In the entire process of enhance the pressure, curing, exhaust –curing ,it can detect the pressure and control pressure difference automatically (including envelope pressure, chamber pressure, internal tire pressure), curing temperature and curing time.

4. When failure is detected, audible and visual alarm, fault analysis is showed on the touch screen.

5. Have the function of phase protection and phase sequence protection.

6. Equipped with automatic and manual two sets of devices
