Sillicone Rubber Sheet/rubber sheets and mats/non-sloip rubber sheet
Has excellent heataging properties of air, ozone resistance, insulation resistance, and resistance to fuel oil and lubricants, in the temperature -60 ~ +250 °C under the conditions of work in air or oil media
Features&Benefits:·Excellent resistance to heat(dry air),at +200°C continuous and +220°C |
intermittent. |
·Remains flexible at low temperature of -70°C. |
·Resistant to ultra-violet ozone and weathering. |
·Exhibits low flemmability and low smoke to toxicity. |
·Good electrical insulation properties. |
·Silicone rubber is physiologically inert, thus making it the preferred |
choice of themedical, pharmaceutical and food processing industries. |
·Silicons have comparatively low mechanical properties tensile strength |
elongation and tear strength, however they keep constant even at high |
temperatures but should not be used with high pressure steam. |
·Resistant to chemicals:its resistance to oils and hydrocarbon products is |
fairly limited and similar to that of chloroprene rubbers.Reasonable |
resistance to a whole range of general chemical products, but acids alkalis |
esters and ketone should be avoided. |
