Sand dryer  Description:                    

Sand dryer  mainly consists of rotary body, raw materials feeding plate, driving and supporting device, etc. Sand dryer has the dedicated structures not only for the dryer itself, but also for it’s equiped machines to avoid the sand from sticking to inside walls of them and regaining moisture after drying. Sand dryer is wrapped up in a layer of insulatiON course to reduce heat loss.

 

Sand dryer work principle:

The raw materials plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotary cylinder. Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vapour that ultimatly discharged into the atmosphere. Then the materials would be dryed.         

 

Sand dryer Application:

These series of sand dryer are also used to dry slag, clay, dregs and other high humidity materiel and supplies. It is chiefly applied to such fields as cement, chemical, metallurgical, ore dressing ,building materials industries and so on.
