High pressure roller grinding machine has simple structure and reliable performance. Its high pressure can grind material to fine, superfine products with the fineness modulus under control. High pressure roller grinding machine can be used to moderately crush single-component material with high or medium density, like ore, rock and industrial slag in a wide variety of fields, such as ore dressing, electricity, chemical industry, cement, fire retardant material, grinding material and construction. In particular, it can be used to produce melon stone, coal and coal gangue in building material and electricity industry with better results than normal high pressure roller grinder. It can also be used for crushing steel grit.

Working Principles:

The roller crushing machine has two rollers rotating in the opposite position. Brittle material is sent to a weighing hopper with weighting sensor by a transference mechanism and passes through the feeding mechanism until it enters into a place between two rollers of the same sizes standing in the opposite position. The side of the roller draws the material into the roller crevice with high pressure in between, which compresses the material into compact cake-like product that drops down. The product is then moved out at the hopper by the transference mechanism, and will be separated or ground in the following process.
