Brief introduction of  ore separating machine :

ore separating machine  can be used to separate non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal, precious metal, non-metalic mineral, chemical material and recycle mineral. The machine is characterized by high inhalation and low power. Each trough can be used to inhale gas, suck in slurry circulating. The automatic control on the slurry surface makes it easy to adjust. The impellor is composed of two retroverted vanes, upward one and downward one. The former makes slurry circulate upward, while the latter one makes slurry circulate downward

Working principal of  ore separating machine :

When the  ore separating machine works ,the motor drives the impeller to revolve ,so the certrifugal effect and negative are produce .on one hand ,ample air is absorbed and mixed with mineral slurry,on the other hand ,the mixed mineral slurry is mingled with additive ,meanwhile ,the foams are thining ,the mineral is bounded with foams ,and floats up to the surface of mineral slurry and the mineralized foam is formed ,the liquid surface can be ajusted with th height of adjustment flash board ,so that the usefull foans are scraped with squeegee
