Quality control:

Row material: we will check the color together with the pantone cards according the order details, then double inspect the materials without flaws, make sure the material durable or not.Cutting: make sure the right size of the bag, avoid to make too small size or big size of the bag. Printing: printed the customer’s logo in right location, size & colors.Sewing: make sure the sewing line is straight, and finish out the thread. Snapping: make good snapping according the order details.Inspecting: after the whole bag finished, make sure the bag without flaws & thread, zipper is in good way of working.Packing: packing the bag one pc per opp bag, make sure bags clean without dirty.Storage: after packing, we will pack the bags in carton.
