With the increasing use of engineering plastics in daily life and in industries, there are more and more varieties of engineering plastics, such as PC, PVDF and modified plastics with calcium carbonate and silicon dioxide, or with glass fibre, carbon fiber, and boron fiber. As these special engineering plastics have met the product needs, the modified plastics can be made suitable to some particular products or lower the production costs. But on the other hand, it increases the wear and corrosion of screws and barrels in some key parts. To change this situation, the company has developed new types of screws and barrels made of dual alloy, pansclerosis alloysteel, stainless steel and galvanization.
