TMY-1 Coating Integrity Test is designed and manufactured for testing of integrity of coating inside the metal can.

Coating Integrity Tester is composed of main part and operation table. It is reliable and easy to operate.The most advanced ATMEL single chip microcomputer is adopted as the main part of the instrument eliminating peripherals and increasing reliability. Current limit and threshold for alarm can be set up by the customer. The double four-digit LED is adopted for main part of the instrument, time and value of the test can be displayed at the same time.The operating board is equipped with a main electrode,  its height can be adjusted according to the requirement to fit different can height. The main electrode and two secondary electrodes are installed at the bottom to fit different requirement of two-piece can and three-piece can. Position of the secondary electrode can be adjusted to meet the measuring requirement of different types of metal cans. To carry out test to the pop can, the customer can purchase the testing container for the cover on option, so that it can fit Φ52--Φ120 diameter pop cans.
