      Different to other touch technology like IR, SAW, RESISTIVE, OPTICAL or Touch foil, these are the new distributed interactive platform that totals have five types as following:

&THROUGH-MATERIAL TOUCH SYSTEM&NEAR IR OBJECT DETECTOR&BODY-MOVEMENT TOUCH SYSTEM&FOOT-SENSOR TOUCH SYSTEM&ABOVE-SURFACE TOUCH SYSTEM

The Foot Touch System is designed to detect human foot’s presence. It is installed under a floor or a stair, when people walking by, or move on top of the sensor detecting surface, the pressure signal of the foot will be measured. The touch surface can be made of any hard material like metal, glass, wood, ceramic or stone. Instead of X-Y coordinates, it turns each foot touch into a user defined keyboard input, and can be used directly by user’s application program.

The system consists of several independent foot pressure sensors, their digital processing units, one Central Control Unit and a Key Writer Tool.

SENSORS:

The Foot Sensor is used to measure the pressure when object is on its measure surface. It can send a weak pressure signal back to the digital pressing unit. The dimension of the sensor is 25mm x 25mm x 16mm.The maximum Weight it can measures is 300kg.
