The highest accuracy is available with SCA103T series that use differential measurement principle to compensate all common mode error and noise effects. The robust sensing element design with over damped frequency response of VTI accelerometers enables reliable and accurate measurement results even in harsh and vibrating environments. The best shock durability of the MEMS market provides trouble-free measurements in moving machines, vehicles, airplanes, construction machines and hand held devices.VTI inclinometers are equipped with internal temperature measurement and compensation. This together with excellent a long term stability allows very high accuracy over the temperature range -40°C to 125°C and time. The SCA61T/100T/103T sensors do not only have an analogue output with wide load drive capability, but also includes a digital SPI output, over which both acceleration/inclination and temperature can be read. The internal high resolution 16 bit A/D converter of SCA830 enables simple and cost efficient high resolution inclinometer system design.
