  Details of NRS Rotary screen

 The design of swing type screen is to meet the extra demand of high output and accuracy. It is a kind of high-efficient sieving machine, for it copies the sieving principles of original human (of which the sieving accuracy, efficiency and lifespan is 5~10 times as much as the normal sieving machine). It is capable to sieving all kinds of ultrafine powder, especially the powder difficult to process.

 

Compared with other machine, Swing type sieve has many outstanding features:

It prolongs the particle sieving track 5 times as longer as the normal machine. Sieving accuracy and efficiency is up to 90%~95%, No clogging happens to the sieve cloth. Fully-enclosed system avoids the dust flying around. The accelerated speed is 4.5 times as lower as that of vibratory screen, so it reduces the maintenance times and extends the using life. Noise less than 75 dB. And less load of the ground.

 

Working principles:

 the basic revolving motion is so similar with manual sieving. Eccentricity can be adjusted among 25~40mm. So does the driving force adjusted from 120 to 360 rpm Duration of each material can be controlled by adjusting the radial angle and tangential angle against the driving axis.It causes the up-down-level motion called as three-dimensional tumbling motion. The material disperses in spiral motion on the screen deck from center to outside. So this is the whole sieving process of the tiny particles.  the horizontal and vertical motion accelerates as the particle moving. So that the particles less than the aperture drop to the next deck, while the oversize will be discharges through the outlet. there is device on the outlet controlling the flow rate of oversize, so that can prolong the material duration on the screen deck.this process repeats one each deck.
