Working theory:
The machine imitates the manual screening process and makes three-dimensional movement , combining the circular motion with up-throwing motion ingeniously,which help to establish a horizontal as well as a upcast three-dimensional rolling movement to make the particles move by involute spiral line on the sieve surface. Thus the particles can go through a relatively long way in the relative area on the sieve surface and the staying time of them on the net surface also can be increased more than 85% , which enhances the sieving rate greatly and makes the screening accuacy up to 90%-99%.
