The Gas Filter mainly consists of quick opening closure, barrel, saddle support, filtering subassembly, functional nozzle necks including entrance, exit, draining, differential manometer and pressure indicator. It is used to separate solid dust and liquid from gas medium in order to keep pipelines normal operation. As class II pressure vessel, all the process of design and fabrication complies with GB150-1998 Steel Pressure Vessel and Safety Technology Supervision Regulations for Pressure Vessel (1999 Edition). Besides, we have introduced foreign advanced technology and experience and developed high precision series of filter.

The body material is usually decided by filtering medium or specific working conditions. As to common medium, 20# and16MnR are selected; for corrosive medium, 304, 316 or other type of stainless steel are used; for low temperature condition, cryogenic steel for pressure vessel are always adopted.
