Product Summary

This screening machine is a sieving device with a high accuracy,which is suitable for dry and wet sieving.It can be added with many layer sieve surfaces.Its sieve frame and parching surface can be provided with multi-materials and structural forms.It is a completely closed structure without any dust out.

Working principle

The vibrating motor is used as power source of S49-series rotary screening machine. The vibrator shaft rotates in a high speed,of which two end’s eccentric body form a inertia force in whose action creates a compound rotary vibration.Its moving track is a space three dimentional curve of which projection is a round in horizontal plane and a ellipse on the two perpendicular lines.If an angle of eccentric body is adjusted ,a flow form of materials on the sieve surface can be changed and then sieving requirements can be met.
