Operating principle of classifier mill:
Classifier, with cyclone separator,impulse dust collector,draught fan,form a classification system.
Under the pumping of draught fan,material, with the updraft, will high-speed move into classifier zone;under the action of powerful centrifugal force,produced by high-speed rotating classifier wheel, coarse and fine materials are separated.fine material,the size of which satisfy the need,will through the classifier into cyclone separator or dust collector.coarse material mixing some fine material will drop to the second air inlet,here,the coarse and fine material will be separate,fine material will go up to the classifier zone for classify again,coarse materail will drop to the unloading inlet to discharge.
Characteristics of classifier mill :
1. This machine can be installed as multi-stage series classifiers, produce different sizes of powder at one time.
2. It can install in series with raymond mill,ball mill and other powder making machines,to form a closed circulation system.
Scope of application of classifier mill:
---material particle size: from 200mesh to 6000mesh, which is about 2um to 75um.adjustable and changeable
---suitable for accurate classification of thousands of dry powdery material.such as the following.
