The Olive oil centrifuge separator is a solids-ejecting disc stack centrifuge designed to discharge solids intermittently, while separating a mixture of two liquids. It features a new centrifuge based on a technology that outperforms other models up to three times its size. A contributing factor is five new patents including caulks that maintain a constant distance between separator disks.
That way the separation of particles and water from the oil is optimized. In addition to higher throughput this also means increased yield of high quality oil from the olive pulp.
