a,Laser cutting/stamping-we have 3 sets high power Bystronic laser cutting machines and 1 set water cutting machine from FLOW USA.

 

b,Bending-you can choose our Auto multilateral bending machine which is from Salgvanini Italy to bend and get a more effective and high precision product. Also, if the metal parts are strong, don't worry, we also have 6 sets all sizes cnc bending machines.

 

3)Tolerance: As the product we can see on the picture, it is used in a high quality assembly machines, and it requests high precision. We could keep the tolerance according to the different clients' order within 0.2mm or 0.5mm.

 

4)Surface treatment:powder coating, galvanization, oxidation, anodizing and antirust both ok.
