  The product is A / B two component and translucent silicone rubber,vulcanized by the Platinum and rhodium complexes, without the addition of the curing agent during the production.Apply to the processing of food-grade molded products, and FDA, LFGB certificated

How to use 

1.  Use Ratio:  A :B=1:1

2.Cleaning the mixer and milling the rubber in proportion by the  twin-roll mixer until the edge of the rubber is not split

3.Molding operation——thin-passing the uniformly mixed rubber materials and cut it into suitable size,then,start molding process.

4.Curing conditions: the actual mold temperature of 125 ° C / 80 seconds (glue thickness 2mm);Recommended temperature of the upper and lower mold: 138 ° C ( the temperature of the instrument)

Storage 

Store this product in cool, dry and ventilated conditions.

The temperature should below 30°C

Store the part A and part B separately.

Shelf-life 

12 months under above conditions,it remain can be used after shelf life if the technical data is qualified. 

Note 

Application

1. Mix the rubber compound homogeneous,if the idle time is too long,remill it by twin-roll for reuse, but the experimental verification is a precondition.

2. Separately the A/B part with the curing agent such like DHBP 

3. Safety using temperature:below 65(include the milling temperature)

4. Security deposit time:within 5days.
