How to make

(1) Precisely weigh A-components and B-component

(2) Mixing A,B component at the ratio of 1:1

(3)De-airing: Put the mixture into machine for  defoameragent .

Pot  life

After the A and B components are mixed,YAC-26XXhight translucent liquid silicone rubber will remain usable for at least 16 hours at room 

temperature. refrigeration at lower temperature will significantly extend the usable life after mixing.

Notes

(1)Mixing A and B components properly and respectively before use!

(2)Materials should be sealed stored and be run out during the pot life,otherwise lead to waste because of curing tardily.

(3)Curing condition relate to temperature ,while lower temperature reduce curing speed. 

(4)The product belong to non-hazardous article.But flush with large of water when  touched with mouth or eyes.

Storage and delivery

(1)Shelf life:6 months(-25°C) at dry place.

(2)Avoid some compound,such as Amines,S,P

(3)Belong to non-hazardous article,can according to the general transportation of chemicals.

(4) Must be  sealed and preserve carefully in case leaking during transportation
