Product DescriptionSunshine®Lim19××A/B is low viscosity, milk white and middle strength two-component liquid silicone rubber suitable for injection molding processes.There are five specification such as  LIM1930, LIM1940, LIM1950, LIM1960, LIM1970.

Desirable featuresVulcanized elastomer Sunshine®Lim19××A/B is distinguished by the following properties.- Good rebound property- Excellent thermal and cold stability(-60°C~250°C)- Low yellowing- Outstanding resistance to ageing- Meeting US FDA CFR21. Part .177.2600,EN14350.2 and EU ROHS.- The pot life of the mixture of two parts (closed vessel ) at 20°C is 5 days, increased temperatures reduce the pot life.

Application Sunshine®Lim19××A/B is suitable for making kitchenwares.ContainersSunshine®Lim19××A/B is available in 20kgs pails and 200kgs drums.Instructions for useReady-to-use mixtures(component A and B) are fed directly to injection molding machine from the original containers by means of a metering end mixing unit (called static mixer. The mixture(at the mixing ratio 1/1) is injected into the heated mould at the mould temperature of 140-160°C,the mixed silicone rubber will be vulcanized in a few seconds.StorageCorrectly stored in its original closed container at room temperature (max 27°C). Sunshine®Lim19××A/B has a shelf life of 180 days. The ready to use LIM19××A/B should be kept tightly closed and used up within 7 days.
