Produce flow:

(1)       Recipes & Raw materials mixing: included fixed raw materials, spray oil Pan, Egg mixer mixing.

(2)       Filling form: feeding into hopper, place baking pan, open power.

(3)       Baking: Adjust the bake temperature, oven run time.

(4)       Out stove and cooling

(5)       Pull off Pan

(6)       Sterilization and conveyor: Sterilization process, separate and callback baking Pan.

(7)       Cake packing.

Produce scope and personnel budget:

(1)       Output: Base on the weight of each cake 25g, the capacity 200pieces cake one minute, one day (10hours) has capacity of 2500kgs.

(2)       Power: 38Kw.

(3)       Installation space: Designed as requested.

(4)       Personnel budget: Mixing 2 workers, forming 1 worker, oven 1 worker, fall cake 1 worker, packaging machine 2 workers, transport 1 worker, paper cup place 2 workers, total need about 10 workers.
