All the production line we produce is following:

1)Extrusion system production line of snack pellets

   The production line can produce nearly 30 shape snack pellet.The extruded snack pellet can use the potato starch,potato powder,wheat flour,wheat srarch,tapioca starch.There are two type extruder.One is small capacity for  60kg per hour,and another one is big capacity for 120kg per hour.

2)Fresh potato chips production line

The raw material is fresh potato,after peeling and washing the potato unitl frting and

flavoring. The capacity is 150- 180kg per hour.

3)Extrusion system line of puff snack

This production line is fit for making various kinds of puff snack,which uses corn and rice as

the raw material by charging different dies.And main machine can choose by single screw

extruder or twin screw extruder.

4)pillow & stick snack production line

The materail is wheat flour only,and change different cutter can get two shape snack,one for

pillow shape and another is stick shape.

5)steam cooking system production line of snack pellet

   The material is corn starch,wheat flour and tapioca etc.There is two shape of pellet in this

production line.The capacity is 250kg per hour.

6)bean & peanut processing production line

   This production line is fit for different kinds of legumes like peanuts and beans etc.

7)complex potato chips production line

   The complex potato chips production line can use the potato powder as the material to produce

the potato chips like pringles.The capacity is 230-250kg per hour or 100-120kg per hour.

8)twist production line

   Twist snack production line is fit for making the corn snack in stick shape but irregularly. The

raw material is corn  granule.The capacity is 80kg per hour..the finsih products is like

Kukure or chetos in the market.

9)Custaed cake production line

   Custard cake is one of butter cake filled with custard flavored cream and long life products.

Change the tray can produce different shape cake.

10)bun production line

The bun production line is combination from doug mixer, continuous dough sheeter,dough

partitioner ,bun forming machine,oven.If matching the stuffing maker,and the filling

machine,the bun will become fill bun.
