Detail introduction:

1.Elevator *1: Lifting materials into peeling machine

2.Cleaning&Peeling Machines Line:Cleaning and peeling the potatoes, input and output are at the same time, which is a continues system. 

3.Picking Line: Removing the bad potatoes.

4.Elevator*2:Lifting the cleaning potatoes into the cutting machines line.

5.Cutting Line:Put the cleaning potatoes into the feeder,which could get chips and slice by the blade.

6.Rinsing Line:This line is to remove the starch.

7. Blanching Line: Add the color and additive.

8.Drying-cooling dewater Line:Dispel surface water in order to frying .

9.Frying Line :the most development system,becasue of water and oil differ, the water will be under oil, the oil fry the chip and at the top, when frying the sediment will go to the bottom automaticly,and without black smoke.

10.Deoiling:this machine add the electric heating way, with high effective,in winter or summer it can working normal,overcome the chip with high oil content,this is merit than big machine who did not have this function.

11.Flavor Line : this line could adjusted by your customers’ needs.

12. Drying-cooling choicing Line: In order to pack the products.
