PRODUCTION INSTRUCTION
This processing candy line is an advanced plant for producing various shapes and colors of jelly candy. It is an ideal equipment for continuous production of high quality candy (QQ candy), such as single/double-color QQ candy. By replacing the mould of the depositing head, it can produce jelly candy of high quality, various shapes and different colors. It can automatically blend the essence, pigment, acid liquor in accurate quantity ratio. High-degree automation ensures of stable production and saves time, labor force and occupation to serve the purpose of reducing the cost.

The optional (mass) flowing motor is controlled by Frequency inverters with the brand of ABB. 4. In-line injection, dosing and pre-mixing techniques for the proportional addition of liquid (milk); Depositing pumps for the automatic injection of colors, flavors and acids;
5. Colorful candy, such as single color, two color mixer, two or three color layers and others.
6. Easy to de-model the candy after pass by the cooling tunnel.
