This system consists of solar collectors, solar hot water tank, thermostatic water tank and PLC control group and other small components. Solar hot water tank and filling water pipeline of tap water are interlinked, and there are electromagnetic valves on the filling water pipe and water-level sensors in the solar hot water tank. PLC controls the lockage of electromagnetic valves according to the water level signal from water-level sensors to input water to hot water tank automatically, realizing the timed, quantitative water-inputing. Hot water in water tank could be well under control by the actual situation. Through the security exhaust valve to release the steam and the heating control valves to control the heating area of collector array, the system operation can be ensured the stability and security.
