1. The most simple and lowest cost to layer PE tape onto our 2 metre lengths of insulation tube is by hand, takes around 1 minute and is completed in two halves, once you have been given the method by us. This option allows a company with low wages to complete this job in hat country without the expense of buying pre-insulated with the PE tape. The sensor twin core cable if required is sold in a 100 metre roll and installed as recommended with the pipe down the centre of each length of insulation tube.

2. The next option is we supply boxes of the insulation tube, with the PE tape already layered onto each length in a choice of black PE tape or reflective foil tape, which allows you the buyer to then slide the end of a roll of pipe down the enlarged centre of the insulation tube and where the two ends of the insulation tube meets, you can place some special glue on both ends for good contact, or just place a piece of tape over the joint, providing same end result, but is less expensive than buying in pre-insulated rolls, PE taped and boxed in single or twin coils.

3. The 3rd Option which is as other assembly companies are producing, is where the pipe is passed down each length of insulation tube to the length requested, single or twin, with a sensor wire, then is passed through the machine to layer of pre-insulated pipe, which is then wrapped and placed in a box.
