Introduction of flat plate solar heater

The solar flat plate collector comprises an insulated, weatherproof box containing absorber plate fins under one or more transparent or translucent covers. Water or conducting fluid passes through pipes located below the absorber plate. As the fluid flows through the pipes it is heated.This type separate water circulation and heating cycle to guarantee water clean.It's pressurized design makes same pressure between tap water & hot water,can make sure water's temperature stable.
Our solar flat plate collector is completely different from traditional type solar heaters!
Firstly,we adopt double-faced heat-collect-belt to cover and squeezing the copper pipe,to make sure it can be heated uniformly and has better heat-transfer efficiency.
Secondly, our solar flat plate collector’s quality,its working life can be 30 years,its body is solid,quite difficult to be damaged or frost splitting.
Thirdly,our solar flat plate collector adopt pressure-bearing enamel inner container water tank,its water supply pressure is same with tap-water’s pressure,so it can avoid the situation of water blow hot and cold of traditional type of solar heaters.
Fourthly, bicirculating mingle & shell type technology separate the heat-conducting medium and domestic water. We make sure water’s clean meanwhile make collector and water tank separately.
