TY-9610 Type Photoelectric Direct Reading Spectrometer is a fast quantitative analysis instrument in analyzing ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal. It was widely used in metallurgy, machinery and other industry department, processing on-line analysis before smelting furnace and product checkout of centralab. It is one of effective measures to control the product quality.
The key characteristic:
1. 750mm focal distance grating design, Palmer-Runge device, high vacuum, high resolution and high sensitivity.
2. Electronic system adopts international standard cage, high integration circuit design and low failure rate.
3. The frequency of excitation light source is adjustable from 150 to 600Hz. Analysis different samples; choose different excitation parameters, to achieve the best analysis result.
4. Excitation light source adopts solidity auxiliary electrode, solve the interference issue, and improve the stability of excitation light source, no need to adjust.
5. No need to process water cooling on excitation table during arousing samples, can continuous analysis samples to achieve preferable result.
6. Multi-element automatic tracing, can analysis the deviation of every element relatives to matrix elements.
7. The negative high voltage of passageway is divided into 8 grades, automatic adjust by computer, thus improving the use ratio of the passageway and the use of the best linearity range of analysis spectral line in different materials, reduce the use amount of passageway and the cost.
8. Take the whole constant temperature measure in optics part to guarantee the normal operation of the instrument, thus to reduce the requirement to the environment.
9. Incident slit scanning adopt high-precision linear motor, fast speed and high precision.
10. The vacuum chamber is made of aluminum alloy, molding once.
11. Aseismatic design of spectrum room, some important optical elements like gratings, slit etc. is installed dynamically, so that can get high optics stability.
12. Install fatigue lamp in the spectrum room, which can improve the stability of photomultiplier, eliminate the dead time of photomultiplier, enhance the SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) and extend the service life.
13. Multinational linguistic spectrum software system, satisfy to different countries’ requirements.
14. The computer software builds DBS(database system), easy to inquire and print measured data, also can transmit data through network, fast and convenient.
