Resistance Welding Details:
Resistance welding is to make the work piece under certain electrode pressure and take advantage of resistance heat generated by working current, to achieve the two work piece surfaces melting and connecting. Usually it uses larger current, in order to prevent arcing on the contact surface and in order to forge welding metal, in the welding process there should always be pressure.
Spot Welding: The welding pieces are pressed between two cylindrical electrodes. By heating, welded parts in contact with welding points melt to nugget, and then when it is power off, the work pieces get solidification crystal under pressure, to fom dense solder joint organization at last.
