Three single sub-prime rectifier transformers are connected in parallel with their own great power diodes, which can bring strong DC current and outstanding welding penetrability and is not influenced much by the sub-prime loop.

General descriptions of structure

Film cylinder with hydraulic auxiliary stroke is adopted, so its response is very fast. And Saddle pressure curve can be set up. A set linear guide rails are used to assure correct direction and position. Three-phase motor supplies stable power, whose advantage will be showed very well if the grid is bad. Operation of its domestic controller is very convenient with simple connection.

Imported controller can realize automatic replenishing while the grid voltage is changing. It is widely used in aerospace field, military industry and automotive manufacturing industry, etc.

KD9-2-3 improved 3-phase sub-prime controller rectifier controller and YF180-3 micro computerized controller are both available if you would like to choose some kind controllers made in China.

Various imported 3-phase sub-prime rectifier resistance controllers are all available.
