Steel beam:

Steel beams are parts of steel structures, widely used in portal frame of crane travelling mechanism, hoisting mechanism, jib lubbing mechanism, huge steel beam, box structure, welding rack, welding cavity, unique welding structures, winch drums, tubular construction and large structure's machining. Usually in welde structural steel, carbon steel, low alloy steel, even stainless steel, which with good welding performance.

There are good PMIG, SAW welding, TIG in our welding factory. The welding quality is excellent, complied with GB, and meet AWS 1.1 demands. We are ability to solder high quality welding line, eigher thin plate or thick plate. We have experienced skill in welding process,involving weld preparation, pre-welding treatment,solder wire and welding rod inventory, preheat, welding parameter designing. Different thickness welding, we are all roundly considering the structural strength and structural stability by stress removal and welding quality.

Inspection: NDE through Ultrasonic test and MPI, complying with ASTM,AWS,ISO,EN. TPI also acceptable.
