PREPAINTED 55% AI-Zn ALLOY-COATED STEEL COILS
55% Al-Zn alloy-coated steel sheets and galvanized steel sheets have excellent corrosion resistance. However, to improve their dull and changeless surface, color coating and baking on the surface of 55% Al-Zn alloy-coated steel sheets and galvanized steel sheets produce beautiful and high corrosion resistant prepainted steel sheets.

Guide to Ordering When placing an order, check the following items according to the intended use.

2. Size
3. Packaging Mass
Specify the packaging mass in consideration of unloading capacity and working conditions.
Cut Sheets: Normally, 2 tons or more are standard
Coils: Normally, available from 5 tons - 8 tons
Specify the maximum weight (and the minium weight, if necessary)
4. Coil ID/OD
For coils, the inside diameters of 508mm (20 inches) or 610mm (24 inches) are standard. Specify the maximum outside diameter acceptable, if necessary.

Dimensional accuracy, shapes and other requirements are usually within the ranges of JIS. However, assembling accuracy, component accuracy and other conditions may require more rigorous specifications. In such cases, consult us before hand to identify needed specifications.
