plastic mould steel 618HH is vacuum melting of chromium - nickel - molybdenum alloy steel, it has hardening and tempering treatment manufactured prior to factory, with the following advantages:

· no risk of Quenching crack and deformation after heat treatment

· without heat treatment costs

· shortening the molding cycle

· Reduce the mold cost (Example: the need to correct the deformation)

· mold is easy to amend

· can be subjected to nitriding treatment and flame hardening, so as to enhance hardness and wear resistance of the edge mold surface.

 

Applications:

· large-scale long-life plastic injection mold, such as mold of home appliance products,  computer shell.

· due to high hardness, can be used to mold plastic slider only

· thermoplastic plastic extrusion dies

· blow mold
