Jiangyin Huashi Metal Making CO.,LTD, attached to the Jiangsu Huaxi Group, lies in the NO.1 village of the worldHuaxi village. Through 20 years of hard work, the company which was set up in 1987, has three subsidiary factories. The fixed assets of the company comes to RMB 500 million yuan. The company has employed 1,800 staff, of which 300 are engineers and technicians.

The company is well-equipped, including 36 pickling lines, 88 two-roller mills, 7 set of 850, 700, 500 and 450 four-roll tandem mill group, 23HC, four-roller, six-roller unindirectional mill and reversing mill and more than 50 advanced equipment,such as nal finishing, high-speed sliver separator, transverse cutting machine and cogging down machine. Under the hydraulic pressure, the company uses computers to control the tolerances and gamma ray thickness gage to test the thickness automatically and realizes high precision stepless speed variation, tension balance and automatic tension control. In addition, it also has 30 electric annealing furnaces, 50 gas annealing furnaces, equipped with chemical analysis and mechanical test machines.

With these advanced equipment, the company has owned the annual outputs of cold strips, galvanized strips respectively come to 600 thousand tons and 60 thousand tons. Our company mainly produces  cold strips of materials Q195-Q235, H08, 08AL, M6, M8, Q195L,  SPHC, thickness 0.20mm-2.50mm, width under 760mm and galvanized strips of width under 400mm, thickness 0.2mm-2.5mm, zinc coating 60-200g/,and has the ability of delivery in limp, semi-soft and chilled state. Its  products have well been sold at home and abroad and widely used in producing bicycle, motor-cycle, fitness apparatus, furniture & building industries, electron communication, pressing materials.

Huaxi group have owned an annual outputs of steels 3 billion tons and hot rolled strip 2 billion tons, which provide the adequate supply of raw materials, complete specifications, delivery guarantees on time.
