Stay wires run between the horizontal wires and are individually wrapped onto the line wire and tied in with a new stay wire that leads down to the next horizontal. Tension curves are used to create overall rigidity and elasticity. The load of the fence will spread through the hinge and along the line wires.
Economical galvanised products are available and offer an alternative that can be confidently used where corrosive elements are low. A select range is available in this coating.
