1.Types: 201, 202, 302, 304, 304l, 316, 316l, 310s,317,410,430 ,with diameter 0.03-5.0mm.

2.Heat treatment: Degrees in 1850-2050 within the annealing temperature, and then quickly annealed, and then quickly cooled.

 

3.Application: widely used for weaving stainless steel wire mesh, making handicrafts, medical, machinery, springs, cleaning ball, etc.

 

4.Package: 25kg/coil, plastic film coated inside and woven bags outside .

 

5.Characteristics:

 

SUS 201,202 Containing Mn, wear-resistant, No magnetic no nickel.

SUS 302    with strong hardness,containing a little Nickel 

SUS 304   Containing Nickel more than 8 percent ,temperature reach 1300-1400  for short time

SUS 316    with stronger resistant corrosion than sus 304, and with good weldability

SUS 316L  with high-nickel,more soft,temperature reach 1500, with the best performance

SUS 310s,314 with high temperature resistance feature, 310s can reach1100,314 can reach 1400

SUS 430,410  Nickel-free,mainly used as cleaning ball wire
