 1. Steel wire rope for important purpose suitable for minehoisting,hoister for blast 

furnace,large casting,petroleum drilling,large hoisiting and lifting, ship and offshare facilities2.Characteristic: characterized with fatigue tolerance,anti-corrosion,small elongation,long life,safe and reliable operation\non-loose.For example steel wire rope for lifting and hositing in vertical well,fatigue tolerance,and anti-corrosion are mainly required.

1.steel wire rope suppliend in coil

   Roll and expand steel wire rope straight on ground. Ensure not be pollyted by dirt ,sand ,

humid or other harmful matters.Prohibit draeing steel wire rope from one static coil.because it 

will cause twisting or snarling of steel wire rope.

   In case steel wire rope coil is too large and it can't naturally rotate ,the steel wire rope 

shall be place on a support which can freely rotate,so ateel wire rope can be drawn from 

the end of the steel wire rope wire.Draw steel wire rope from coil.

2.steel wire rope supplied in wheel axle

  Put one axle with sufficient strength through wheel axle whole,put the wheel axle on a 

suitable support which can rotate,the support shall be equipped with a brake device 

in order to protect against excessive rotation during installation. When multi-layer steel wire rope shall be wrapped,the wheel axle shall be place on a device 

which can provide back tension to the steel wire rope,so the back tension can be transmitted 

from the wheel axle to the roller. Then lower layer steel wire rope,in particularly the bottom layer

 steel wire rope,can be tightly wrapped on the roller. Rope supplying axle wheel shall be installed 

in a suitable positable position in order to keep deflection angle of the steel wire rope minimum 

during installation.if ring loop occurs on steel wire rope,it is not allowed to drawn tightly in order to

 avoid snarling of steel wire rope.
