This steel packing strip complies with YB/T025-92 standard, 2 or 3 roles per bundle(roll diameter is 200mm, 300mm), bundle weight 50 ± 1kg, inner wrapped with humidity-proof waxed paper, middle wrapped with plastic film, outside wrapped with linen or compound corrugated paper. 0.36 * 12.7mm 0.36 * 16mm 0.5 * 16mm 0.5 * 12.7mm 0.5 * 19mm 0.6 * 16mm 0.6 * 19mm 0.7 * 19mm 0.8 * 19mm 0.8 * 32mm 0.9 * 19mm 0.9 * 32mm and so on.
Applications: The steel strapping is made of ordinary carbon steel or high-quality carbon structural steel, produced through cold rolling, electric heating and painting processes. The strapping is suitable for wood, paper, glass, stone, steel, pipe and other large objects Strapping.

Physical Properties:(1) Type I ordinary steel packing strip: Tensile strength σb ≥ 58-78Kg/mm2(580-780Mpa), elongation: 3% -5%.(2) Type II ordinary steel packing strip: Tensile strength σb ≥ 78-90Kg/mm2 (780-900Mpa), elongation: 3% -5%.(3) High quality steel packaging strip: high strength, good performance and well impact resistance. Tensile strength σb ≥ 90-100Kg/mm2(900 1000Mpa), elongation: 5% -10%.

2. Oscillated wound :1 coil per bundle ,weight is 45kg±2kg,inner is protect humidity-protect humidity-proof wax paper.Medium is plastic film.Outer is sackcloth or compound paper packing .coils to be laid on single type pallet (one pile per pallet ),12or 14coils per bundle.weight is 540kg or 360kg.can pack as per customers request.
