5 Specificity: colour prismatical or needle-shaped crystal ,odourless,taste cool,salty, bitter, relative gravity: 2.65, steady in damp air under 48°C,when it is in warm and hot air, it easily effloresce, easily solublein water (119.8%,20°C) and glycerine,insoluble in ethanol.PH=7.0

6 USES: In food industry, it is used as nutritional supplement, solidification, the flavor increase,rocess helper,brew additive, when adding Magnesium in brew water,as nutritional supplement to improve ferment in brew, the improvement of the synthesizes drink taste(0.002%); adjusting the aqueous degree of hardness.
