1. Strength and rigidity of FRP

The Strength refers to the maximum stress value within the object when the FRP panel is destroyed by force, including the strength of stretching,bending, impact and shear.

Rigidity refers to the resistance to deformation. When moulding the FRP panel, we could improve its rigidity through cooking ribs in some parts or cooking ribs on the surface with sub-fibers.

The curing degree of FRP panel is more than 85%. So the FRP panel has both rigidity and toughness and it's not brittle, which is easy for construction and installation.

2.Fire resistance of FRP

FRP panel is a thermosetting product. Its combustion would not produce the phenomenon of melting drops(issued by the National Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center). The FRP is fire-resistant when the oxygen index is more than 28%, i.e. it is self-extinguishing when it is away from fire.

3.Temperature on the strength of FRP

 The same as many other materials, the strength of FRP decreases with increasing temperature. When the temperature rises to a value, the intensity dropped drastically. On the other side, unlike other materials, which would become brittle at low temperature, FRP panel has a good performance at low temperature. FRP panel has a good light transmittance.
