General Description

1. It is an off white powder

2. It is a blend of guar gum, locust bean gum and xanthan gum

3. E412, E410, E415

Product characteristics 

1. It is a stabilizer used for the preparation of food emulsions e.g. mayonnaise, dressing, salad dressing

2. Special for high oil mayonnaise

3. Swells out in cold water dissolve completely above 85°C

4. Application dosage: 0.2-0.7%
