DJL Electronic Tablet and Capsule Counting Machine

A. Introduction  

This machine is the important equipment for the production line of vial solid preparations. It is used for counting and split charging of the tablet including the shaped tablet, hard capsule, soft capsule (various shapes, transparent, nontransparent) and pill.

DJL-12, 16, 24, 32 model is able to combine with the vial distributing machine, paper stuffing machine, desiccant inserter, cap screwing machine, electromagnetic induction foil-sealing machine and self-adherence labeling machine to form full-automatic high-speed bottled production line. It has been widely used in the industries such as pharmacy, food, chemical engineering, etc. It is fully conforming to GMP certification requirements.
