This is a singe-pressure,automaticrotation continuous tablet extruder,newly developed in our factory,used for the production of mormal or abnormal shaped tablets out of granular materials,applicable mainly in the pharmaceutical industry and in the chemicals, food,electronic,plastic and powder metallurgical industries as well

 Characteristics:

Fitted with an all-anclosed housing made of stainless steel to meet the requirements specified in GMP standard.

Provided with a transparent glass window,convenient in clear observation of the machine working and easy to be opened for internal cleaning and maintenance .

Charactristic of high pressure,larger range of the tablet diameter and suitability adaptability to muutiple products in small quantities.

Advantageous in the introduction of electromechanical intergration and installation of all the conntrollers and the adjustment devices on one side of the machine for easy operation.

Equipped with a pressure overload protection apparatus to prevent any damage under the machine body for the extension of its service life and prevention of any cross pollutin prossible
