Radiator cap is made up of upper cover, bypass valve, seal ring and spring. Its main fuction is to maintain pressure of the rafiator, to prevent damages of the radiator for high pressure and to keep the cooling systems running properly.

It is widely used in lines like construction machinery, mining machinery, industrial machinery, shipping and automotive industry. Its working temperature is 70-80°C normally.

There are two sizes for the radiator cap. Big size for radiator in engine with 6 cylinders or more than 6 cylinders while small size for radiator in enqine with 4 cylinders or less than 4 cylinders. Rated pressure for both sizes is 0.9MPa.
