Heat shrinkable joint closure GENERAL:

 

RSBA heat shrinkable cable joint closures for telephone cables are fiber reinforced heat shrinkable closures designed for the protection of cable joints for the pressurized telephone cables network. The heat shrinkable cable joint mainly consists of a heat shrinkable, reinforced and wraparound sleeve and a wrap-around metal canister/cardboard liner. The heat shrinkable sleeve is a reinforced composite laminate. The heat shrinkable sleeve is internally coated with a flexible heat adhesive which will melt and adhere to the cable to form an air and water tight seal.
