Platinum-rhodium thermocouple, also known as high temperature precious metal thermocouple, is divided in 3 types: S-type thermocouple (Pt Rh 10- Platinum thermocouple), R-type thermocouple (Pt Rh 13- Platinum thermocouple), B-type thermocouple (Pt Rh 30- Platinum and rhodium 6 thermocouple), as well divided into single and double Platinum-rhodium.
