Function:

1,Test the tightness of the shower & tap.

2,Test the flow of the shower & tap.

Structure:

1,Stainless steel frame, 304 stainless steel wire, size (dimensions) 1200 x600x1400mm, the height  of the working

mesa sink is 800 mm.

2,Water supply: it include cistern, stainless multistage pumps and pipe, the maximum static  pressure at 0.5 MPa, the maximum dynamic pressure can reach 0.5 Mpa in 20 L/min flow.

3,Flow test system: it include flowmeter and display instrument, the unit for instantaneous flow is L/min, the effective flow measurement range for 3-35 L/min.

4,Test station: use thread pneumatic fixture rapid clampon products, fixture see below, don’t need install by hand. The direction of this fixture can adjust.

5,Electric control system.

Test Procedures:

1,Open power supply, adjust water pressure and flow.

2,Putting the shower thread parts in fixture, press the button tightly , the equipment automatic clamp the shower thread parts , and through to the seal live inlet, at the same time automatic out water.

3,After connecting with water, it can test function & flow rate of the shower , also can use frequency conversion device to adjust the test pressure.

4,After the testing, press the stop button, automatic shut water supply, loosen the fixture.

Illustration:

1,Equipment install two sets of flowmeter, two stations can be testing flow rate independently.

2,Using frequency converter adjust flow and pressure size.

3,Each station install bath crock bibcock joints (center for 150 mm from the G1/2 teeth in joint).

4,Equipement can be used for the flow testing of shower & faucet, and use single cold water to test.
