Uses and functions:

This series testing machines are  mainly used for the engine cylinder cover fatigue test. The experimental object is: Explosion pressure in 4MPa-20MPa engine cylinder cover. The testing machine maximum volume is the length 1.3 meters, the width 0.8 meter, the height 1.3 meters.

Main technical parameters:

1.  Working pressure: high-pressured testing machine 4-32MPa, low pressure testing machine 4-20MPa.

2.  Test frequency: High-pressured testing machine when 6 cylinder entire work, working pressure 32MPa, the bigger than 5Hz; Low pressure testing machine when 4 cylinder entire work, working pressure 16MPa, the bigger than 5Hz.

3.  Testing machine oil pressure control accuracy ±2% experiment value.

4.  Residual pressure less than 4% of test pressure.

5.  Computer software: Windows platform software with dynamic display, automatic storage, networking, output pressure - time curve and other functions.
